Founded on May 18, 1991, the Association of Construction & Building Materials Ho Chi Minh City (SACA) is one of the oldest and most respected professional associations in the region. SACA brings together nearly 400 member companies active in construction, architecture, building materials, real estate, and related sectors. Over its 30+ years of operation, SACA has continuously organized meaningful events, trade promotions, policy advocacy, knowledge-sharing forums, and networking initiatives to support its members and strengthen the industry ecosystem. Under the new 2025–2030 leadership, the association embraces the motto “Kết nối bền chặt – Kiến tạo tương lai” (Strong Connections – Shaping the Future), focusing on sustainable development, innovation, and deeper collaboration across sectors. With its strong network and industry influence, SACA not only represents the voice of enterprises in construction and building materials but also acts as a vital bridge connecting businesses with government agencies, international partners, and the broader community. This role enables SACA to actively contribute to policy development, promote global cooperation, and create long-term value for its members as well as Vietnam’s construction industry.
